Problematic Winter Cabin but success withwinter coat

Building log home, but I got issues with it. I think I have everything alligned and always seems to have another log that decides to go wayward.
Then today I  notice some of prims turned black when I hadn't texture them that.
I think I may have developed new type of dreadful prim rot.
But after 40 hours or more of work I finally made some headway with my winter coat.
At least my avatar is warm.

I  guess if one has case of dreadful black prim rot and alignment issues like I have and know
how to make textures use half way descent side  as  template  for your own texture like this.
I am going to use this image as way to edit what I want on each side.
